Personalization Capture Form
Sunbreak provides the ability to capture email addresses from forms. They can then be used to connect to martech tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. The block works with any of the popular form plugins, such as Forminator, Gravity, Ninja or WPForms. For this example we are using weForms
Click the “+” icon to add a new block.
Select the “Salesforce Capture Form” block.
Select the form plugin you want to use. (Most of the time there will only be 1 choice, unless you have multiple form plugins installed).
Select the form you want to use. Note your form will need to include an email field to be useful. The block will automatically detect the email field, and send the data to Salesforce to check for user records which match.
Click publish or update, then view the page and test.
Congratulations, it is now possible to use Salesforce characteristics to build audiences.
